Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis and testing of nuclear materials and systems. Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment and instruments. Collect and document data accurately for regulatory compliance and reporting. Collaborate with engineers and scientists to interpret results and troubleshoot issues. Participate in safety audits and ensure adherence to industry standards. Assist in the development and implementation of new analytical procedures. Provide technical support and training to junior staff members. Qualifications Associate's degree in Nuclear Technology, Chemistry, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in nuclear analysis or a laboratory environment is highly desirable. Strong understanding of nuclear safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
