Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Nurse Injector to join our vibrant medical spa team. In this role, you will deliver expert injectable treatments, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Your expertise in cosmetic procedures, combined with exceptional customer service skills, will ensure a positive experience for every guest. Duties Perform a variety of injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and care Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate procedures Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and product benefits to foster informed decision-making Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms Assist with retail sales of skincare products, cosmetic tools, and treatment packages through upselling techniques Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and follow-up care instructions Support social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos and engaging content to promote services Experience Proven experience as a Nurse Injector or in a similar aesthetic medical role within a med spa or cosmetic clinic Certification in nursing practice with specialized training in injectables and cosmetic procedures Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client tracking Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, and nail care is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members Experience in retail sales, upselling, and guest services to enhance client satisfaction and retention Background in management or leadership roles within beauty or healthcare settings is advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional aesthetic care that boosts confidence and transforms lives!
