Overview:Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: One of the following ADN Plus 3 of the most recent 5 years’ experience working in oncology services BSN Plus 2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience working in oncology services Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS One of the following Current Alabama RN license Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama* Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama Desired Qualifications: BSN Desired Licensure/Certification/Registration: Oncology Certified Nurse Responsibilities Develops and coordinates services provided to the oncology patient throughout the continuum of care in order to decrease fragmentation. Acts as a liaison between the physicians, the professional health care staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure quality and continuity of care delivery.
