We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team at multiple locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center. Relocation to Sutherlin, OR, is required before starting. The role involves in-person work within an outpatient setting.
