Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an interventional pain management clinic with multiple locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center. Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and care plans Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests Document patient care thoroughly Deliver medical care according to standards Collaborate with the healthcare team and refer to specialists as needed Offers a flexible full-time schedule, benefits, productivity bonuses, CME reimbursement, and a collegial outpatient environment with no hospital call or rounding. Requirements: Current state license, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain, and BLS certification. Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually. Must relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting.
