We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations. Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies Document patient care thoroughly in medical records Deliver medical care per accepted standards Collaborate with team members and refer patients as needed Qualifications: Current state licensure, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, BLS certification.
