We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations. Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies Document patient care accurately in medical records Deliver care in accordance with standard practices Collaborate with team members and refer patients to specialists as needed Monitor and manage patient progress effectively Qualifications include: current state licensure, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain, and BLS certification.
