We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center. Position is full-time, with a salary range of $125,000–$150,000. Relocation to Sutherlin, OR is required before starting.
