Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and aesthetic-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our soon-to-open medical spa and wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will combine clinical precision with an artistic eye, providing top-tier Botox treatments, Lip fillers, Skin Care and comprehensive medical weight loss management, including the evaluation and prescribing of GLP-1 receptor agonists. This role requires a practitioner who is passionate about both cosmetic enhancement and metabolic health, delivering personalized care in an upscale, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine appropriate weight loss care plans. Administer medications and injections, including botulinum toxin treatments, lip fillers, etc.. following established protocols and safety standards. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as PatientNow to document patient encounters accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification in Tennessee. Proven experience in MedSpa office settings with familiarity in EMR/EHR systems like PatientNow. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology. Skilled in performing complex procedures such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, etc.. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams across outpatient or inpatient settings.
