We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to over see care of residents at one of our Senior Living Communities. We're seeking a compassionate, dedicated Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about serving seniors and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities As a Nurse Practitioner you will be responsible for patient care within the community to include: Perform initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations. Diagnose and treats physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs patients. Plans and implements individualized medical plans of care with respect to patient needs, reimbursement restrictions, and available resources. Provide education and treatment for chronic health concerns with a focus on incontinence, dementia, mobility, depression, constipation, nutritional issues, dehydration, and cognitive impairments. Provide restorative, preventative, and palliative care as needed for the patient. Employ disease prevention and treatment strategies. Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests while formulating diagnoses and providing care. Monitor the e
