Role Description EverAge Longevity is seeking a part-time, remote Nurse Practitioner to support clients through personalized longevity, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and performance-focused care programs. This is a flexible contract role that can be structured alongside an existing clinical position or private practice. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with clients throughout their care journey, including: Reviewing advanced laboratory and diagnostic testing Conducting telemedicine consultations Developing individualized treatment and optimization plans Prescribing and managing therapies when clinically appropriate Providing ongoing education, monitoring, and longitudinal support Collaborating with the broader EverAge clinical and operational team Our patient population is highly motivated, proactive, and invested in their health outcomes. This role is ideal for a clinician who values preventative medicine, personalized care, patient education, and a relationship-based approach to medicine rather than high-volume transactional care. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license and appropriate state licensure Experience in functional, integrative, hormone optimization, preventative, or longevity-focused medicine preferred Strong understanding of advanced laboratory interpretation, biomarker analysis, and personalized treatment planning Experience with therapies such as hormone optimization, peptides, metabolic health, weight management, and lifestyle-based interventions preferred Excellent communication and patient education skills Comfortable guiding health-conscious, high-performing individuals through long-term optimization programs Experience using telehealth platforms and EMR systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to professionalism, discretion, and delivering an elevated patient experience Additional Information This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible, meaningful, and intellectually engaging work within the rapidly growing longevity and preventative health space.
