No County Oswego Street Address 7060 State Route 104 201 Culkin Hall City Oswego State NY Zip Code 13126 Duties Description Description of Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for: • Providing direct primary care to a diverse population of students using face-to-face visits and telemedicine. • Collaborating and consulting in a cooperative manner with other health team members involved in delivery of patient care. • Following patient care protocols as determined by the Health Information and Therapeutics Committee. • Assisting students to assume responsibilities for the prevention of illness and the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health through teaching/counseling during clinical interaction. • Maintaining and improving clinical skills and knowledge through continuing education (conferences, journals, videos, etc.) and developing/participating in professional growth opportunities for staff. Documentation of continuing education will be the NP’s responsibility and will be kept in their credential folder. • Establishing and maintaining high standards of practice within Health Services including:o Delivery of quality and comprehensive clinical serviceso Promoting team building and positive group processo Equitable sharing of worklo
