SUMMARY As a Nurse Practitioner, your superior interpersonal and empathetic skills, as well as your comprehension of diagnostic procedures greatly assists you in providing medical services to ambulatory patients. The NP in this role will have his/her own patient panel. STATUS: Full Time LOCATION: Opportunities at Wolcott Internal Medicine, Gananda Family Medicine , and Health First Family Medicine DEPARTMENT: Primary Care SCHEDULE: Days, Monday-Friday ATTRIBUTES At least two (2) years of full-time clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care site required Strong customer service and communication skills Compassionate, warm and patient focused Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision Exceptional documentation skills and professional behavior OFFERINGS Base guarantee for a 1 FTE is $155,000 Lucrative compensation (base pay, incentive bonuses as well as quality bonus eligible) Paid malpractice with tail coverage Additional benefits; Relocation services; Loan forgiveness and pension plan 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME Comprehensive health benefits PAY TRANSPARENCY In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices.
