Illumia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality patient care within our tech-forward Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this full-time role, you will perform advanced assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and provide both in-person and telehealth visits. You’ll use digital health tools and EHR systems to enhance care coordination, quality, and efficiency.
