Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality neonatal assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to newborns and their families. Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Performing procedures such as neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and monitoring of vital signs. Educating parents and caregivers on neonatal health, safety, and developmental needs.
