Nurse Practitioner – Functional Wellness & Aesthetic Medicine Part-Time with Opportunity for Growth to Full-Time Pure Image Laser and Spa | Indianapolis, IN Pure Image Laser and Spa is an established and growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice serving the Indianapolis area since 2015. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to lead and grow the functional wellness division of our practice. This role is ideal for a provider who is confident working independently, passionate about patient education, and excited to help build and expand a wellness-focused program within an already established business. The ideal candidate is experienced in functional medicine, hormone optimization, peptide therapies, medical weight management, thyroid support, gut health, and aesthetic medicine. They are outgoing, compassionate, growth-minded, and comfortable educating both patients and the public through consultations, social media, and community engagement. Qualifications: Active Indiana Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Prescriptive authority required Functional Medicine training through IFM, A4M, or similar organization highly preferred Experience managing bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, and medical weight management highly preferred Strong understanding of supplements, vitamins, and lifestyle-based wellness approaches Experience with cosmetic injectables including neurotoxins and dermal fillers strongly preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with desire for long-term growth Responsibilities: Perform wellness consultations and treatment planning Evaluate medical history, physical findings, laboratory data, and diagnostic testing Interpret laboratory values and manage patient follow-up care Initiate and prescribe medications, supplements, wellness therapies, and lifestyle recommendations Perform aesthetic injectable treatments as appropriate Provide clearance evaluations for other spa services when indicated Accurately document patient care and treatment plans within EMR Build strong patient relationships and maintain high patient satisfaction Educate patients on wellness, skincare, and treatment recommendations Collaborate with team members to support overall clinic growth and patient experience Participate in educational and marketing initiatives, including social media content What We Offer: Established and growing patient base Leadership opportunity with ability to help shape and grow the wellness division Flexible part-time schedule with potential for full-time growth Competitive compensation based on experience Continuing education opportunities Free and discounted wellness services Friends and family discounts Performance-based bonus opportunities We are looking for a provider who is confident, motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through both wellness and aesthetic medicine.
