Nurse Practitioner | Urology Location: Southern Vermont, VT Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner (NP) Job Summary: All Medical Personnel is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The NP will provide comprehensive care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires advanced clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, imaging, and screenings. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes. Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited nurse practitioner program. Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of practice. National certification preferred in the specialty area of practice (e.g., FNP, AGNP, PNP, ACNP). Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
