Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities: Perform thorough medical assessments to accurately diagnose patients' health conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical best practices. Administer appropriate medical treatments, including prescribing medications, as necessary. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and evolving healthcare needs. Stay current with advancements in healthcare to deliver up-to-date and effective care. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Uphold ethical standards and create a safe and empathetic environment for patients. Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with Nurse Practitioner specialization or any other related specialization is a must. Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Willingness and ability to travel to remote clinics as needed - Fluency in Spanish for effective communication with Spanish-speaking patients.
