Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our clinics in Roanoke, Salem, & Christiansburg. Recent grads welcome. Conduct assessments for new and established patients, develop treatment plans, and perform evaluations. Order and review diagnostic tests like X-Rays and MRIs, and refer to specialists when needed. Provide patient counseling and submit referrals to external agencies such as psychology or psychiatry. Perform office procedures including joint, trigger point, and Botox injections. Manage medications and intrathecal pumps, ensuring compliance with prescribing protocols. Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, participate in meetings and training, and maintain ongoing education. Follow safety policies and demonstrate strong communication skills. Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, Virginia licensure (or in process), DEA license (or in process), and preferred experience of 1+ years but open to training recent grads. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, CME reimbursement, malpractice coverage, 401(k), and more.
