Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Sunny Palm Springs, California! Palm Springs has outstanding weather 365 days/year with access to both Los Angeles and San Diego within about 2 hours. This is a 4:10s position, with no on call. The client will train the right candidate and need someone who can start asap. Job Objective: · Provides direct patient care and support to multidisciplinary health team working within the scope of practice of a Nurse Practitioner. · Serves as a clinical expert through patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and consultation, while maintaining program excellence and professional growth. · Responsible for developing comprehensive care plans, coordinating patient care, delivering ongoing treatment while fostering a strong patient-provider relationship. · Committed to cost-effective care management, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing patient experiences through continuous process improvement. · Provides direct patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based outcomes. Schedule: · Fulltime · Day shifts; 10 hour shifts Qualifications: Experience Preferred: Experience as a NP providing care in an acute or ambulatory setting in assigned area of specialty Education Required: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited school of nursing Highly Competitive Compensation!
