Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health Location:Bel Air, MD MUST-HAVES MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program WHNP or FNP certification Active Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) At least 1year of women's health experience preferred Position Overview Join a collaborative and patient-centered OB/GYN practice as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health.This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care across the lifespan while working alongside experienced physicians and healthcare professionals in a supportive clinical environment.Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive women's health care, from preventive services to chronic condition management Perform patient histories, physical exams, and clinical assessments Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, and chronic conditions Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Educate patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and overall wellness Perform minor procedures and initiate emergency interventions when necessary Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Compensation & Benefits Salary:$110,000 - $135,000 annually Quarterly incentive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA and FSA options 401(k) with employer match after one year Paid holidays and generous PTO Annual CME allowance Parking provided This is a great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner passionate about women's health to grow within a collaborative and well-established OB/GYN practice..
