This position is work from home, however, the employee must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, Mississippi, Minnesota, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin Responsibilities ● Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a wide range of clinical roles, including nurses, medical assistants, and other licensed healthcare professionals ● Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to clinical talent markets while maintaining strong pipelines for high‑demand roles ● Screen candidates for competency, licensure, certifications, and alignment with organizational standards, using expertise to conduct behavioral and skill‑based interviews ● Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, credentialing standards, and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process ● Support recruitment efforts for non‑clinical operation and corporate positions when clinical hiring volume allows ● Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand role expectations and candidate profiles, applying standard talent acquisition practices to source, screen, and interview candidates ● Provide insights on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive dynamics across both clinical and corporate talent segments ● Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process ● Communicate clearly about role expectations, organizational culture, and next steps ● Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience ● Verify licensure, certifications, background checks, and required documentation for hires ● Maintain accurate applicant tracking and ensure all recruitment activities meet regulatory and organizational standards ● Other duties as assigned Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration related field, required ● 2 years of experience in talent acquisition in a healthcare setting, required ● Clinical experience in nursing, required ● Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive full‑cycle recruitment strategies ● Strong understanding of clinical roles, workflows, and patient‑care standards ● Ability to maintain and accurately update a manual recruitment tracker to monitor candidate progress, hiring timelines, and requisition status across multiple clinical pipelines ● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools ● Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship‑building skills ● Knowledge of healthcare compliance, credentialing, and regulatory requirements ● Exemplifies TelliHealth’s values: All IN, INtelligence, INnovation and INtegrity
