$5,000 Retention Bonus to eligible New Full-Time RN hires Northern Rivers is looking for talented Registered Nurses to meet the needs of our youth and adolescent patients with FT Day or Evening shifts available. The Northern Rivers Nurse understands the population we serve as the children in our care face challenges in four main risk factors: trauma, developmental disabilities, mental health, and juvenile justice. All of our youth have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACES) which have been shown to increase risks for disease, disability and early mortality. ACES can include sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse/neglect, medical trauma, domestic violence, parental incarceration, criminal activity in the home, disruption in caregiving and abuse due to sexual orientation/gender expression.
