Role Summary Our client, a well-established healthcare organization, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations within its Maternal Child Health services. This role is responsible for leading clinical staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and supporting operational excellence within a structured care environment. This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced nursing professional with leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations in compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to nursing staff Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to improve clinical outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care delivery and operational workflows Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports related to staff performance and patient care metrics Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York Education & Experience (one of the following): Master's degree in Nursing with at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or educational role Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least 6 years of experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or educational role Demonstrated leadership and team management experience Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications Experience in Maternal Child Health or related clinical specialty Schedule: 37.5-hour workweek (7.5 hours per day) Work Model: Onsite
