Nurse

RN or LPN, Full Time The Arc Southwest Indiana is searching for an experienced Nurse to work in our Residential Department.Our offices are located in Princeton, IN.This is a full time position.Candidates must be willing to make participant care their top priority.Candidates should also be organized, detail oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.Duties include, but are not limited to: Attend acute and specialty medical appointments. Oversees the administration of medications prescribed by a doctor and reorders medication when needed. Assess all injuries with 24-hours.This also includes signs and symptoms and fall assessments. Assess work related injuries for staff within 24 hours, complete necessary documentation and communicate steps to be taken to the Human Resources Director.
