Nursery Team Member

We're Whitetail Hill, an outdoor brand selling trees and food plot seed located in Cherokee, AL.We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team.As a Whitetail Hill Greenhouse and Nursery Team Member, your primary duties will be the planting and care of seedling trees along with time spent packaging food plot seed and preparing all products for shipment.This is a hands-on, indoor/outdoor role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:? Willingness to work outdoors as needed in various weather conditions ? Ability to perform physical labor lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking ? Attention to detail and good organizational skills ? Listens, follows instructions, and gives feedback ? Greenhouse/Nursery work, including but not limited to filling trays, spacing, planting, watering, weeding, visually and physically inspecting seedlings Previous nursery, landscaping, garden center, gardening, or farming experience is a plus but not required.On the job training provided.Pay:$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s):(Response Required) Do you have any greenhouse, garden center, nursery or other related experience?
