Nursing Supervisor (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Oakhurst Health & Rehab Fork Union, VA Full-Time | Every Other Weekend RN Preferred About the Role Oakhurst Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced and dependable Nursing Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and smooth clinical operations during the overnight shift. Schedule 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Every other weekend required Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during overnight hours Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with policies and regulations Serve as the point of contact for clinical issues, emergencies, and staff support Assist with staffing needs, call-outs, and shift coverage Communicate effectively with oncoming leadership and administration Support documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance Qualifications Active RN license preferred (LPNs with strong supervisory experience may be considered) Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight Excellent communication and team collaboration skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive leadership team Stable schedule with consistent hours Opportunity to grow within a respected skilled nursing facility Why Oakhurst Health & Rehab?
