The Opportunity The attorney in this role will work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters in New York and/or nationwide, including any of the following: Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties Joint ventures and other equity arrangements Office, retail, and industrial leasing Borrower-side financing transactions General transactional counseling for developers, investors, and owners The practice represents an impressive roster of clients and offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and direct client contact.
