This physician led OB GYN private practice in the heart of Phoenix is adding a BE/BC OB GYN to support continued growth. Physicians have the opportunity to step into partnership while benefiting from rising obstetric volume and expanding surgical offerings. Position Highlights: • 4-day work week with 1:9 call (second call only) • 4 Davinci Robots onsite with brand new women's health tower. • Lucrative partnership track with med spa bonus potential, profit sharing, and production bonuses. • Significant clinical autonomy in a private practice model • Full benefits with sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, and training stipend provided. • Even mix of OB to GYN with ability to flex to heavy GYN work. • 2026/2027 graduates welcome to apply - robust mentorship/double scrub provided.
