This is a high-growth, highly respected practice with multiple locations and a collaborative, all-female provider team. No slow ramp Multiple paths Full-Scope OB/GYN or OB Hospitalist OB Hospitalist Option 24-hour shifts 6–7 shifts/month (full-time) Coverage across two hospitals $120/hour + full benefits Signing bonus + relocation OB/GYN Physician Option $300K guaranteed (first 2 years) 20% bonus on collections over $900K $500K+ partner potential Schedule Clinic: Mon–Thurs 8–5 | Fri 8–3 Call: 4–6 days/month (light, single hospital) Practice 20–25 patients/day ~250 deliveries/month across group Strong midwife support (co-managed care) Optional extra shifts for additional income Partnership Eligible after 3 years $100K buy-in (flexible) Revenue sharing + leadership input Requirements Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Open to new grads and experienced physicians Eligible for Arizona license PandoLogic.
