Job Overview Dates: 5/25-5/29 Hospital Details 81 Bed Hosp - Level 3 Trauma, 5 Labor Rooms and 6 Post Partum Beds Shift Details Mix of clinic and inpatient call coverage Job Details: Clinic 2-3 days per week Call will be 24/7 Midwives in Clarendon that take First Call, the Locum will take Second Call Locum will be required to round on inpatients in the hospital daily (even on weekends) Average number of inpatients rounded on per day: 0-5 patients (based on census) Average 20-25 clinic patients per day Average number deliveries per day: 1 Average 2-4 NST/observations daily (this varies) Must be comfortable working at a rural facility and working independently Must be comfortable with vaginal deliveries, as well as C-sections (Circs not required) ED consults for OBGYN patients as needed Client Requirements BC or BE OBGYN, Active SC license, DEA and SC CSR (required prior to credentialing) EMR EPIC Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
