Required Skills Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (BC in OBGYN) Valid Virginia State Medical License Current BLS and ACLS certifications DEA license in good standing Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with EMR systems, particularly EPIC Familiarity with high-risk obstetrics and gynecological procedures Prior experience in a hospital or birth center setting Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules and on-call responsibilities Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice, preferably in a hospital or high-volume setting Proven track record of providing comprehensive and compassionate women's healthcare Other Requirements: Must pass a background check with no pending or settled malpractice cases Willingness to work 24-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 AM, including at least one week of call per month Ability to travel billable distances as needed, with reimbursement for travel expenses such as gas, rentals, tolls, and hotels Elevate your career and join our team starting July 20, 2026!
