Job Description & Requirements Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;9 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75 This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p Patients per day: 20-25 Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and Department of Transportation (DOT). Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks Facility Location Located just outside of Tacoma and about 50 miles south of Seattle in Western Washington State, Puyallup offers an appealing mix of big-city amenities and small-community comfort. Historic landmarks can be found in the downtown district, and the city is home to the popular Puyallup Fair, the Daffodil Festival Parade, the Arts Downtown Outdoor Gallery, and a number of other museums and attractions. The Pierce County Foothills Trail begins here, and world-class mountain climbing is nearby, as well.
