Job Description Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic, comprehensive care Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to encourage ongoing improvement at home Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal patient advancement Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Encouragement and support for ongoing education or additional certifications Certifications Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certifica
