We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our expanding team. Why This Role Stands Out One-on-one, patient-centered care (no rushed visits) Flexible scheduling to support your lifestyle Independence in the field with strong clinical support Collaborative, team-driven culture Opportunities for career growth and advancement Competitive compensation and full benefits package What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans Help improve patients’ quality of life through functional, attainable goals Guide patients and families through safe transitions from inpatient care to home Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Supervise and direct support personnel when required Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Communicate effectively with physicians regarding changes in condition or care What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a home health setting Must pass background check and drug screening Why Join Access Home Health?
