Productivity Units: 30 units Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, an Addd HH experience required Skills Current state license as an Occupational Therapist - Required Proof of current CPR certification - Required Current driver's license - Required Reliable transportation and insurance - Required Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required HCHB EMR preferred Education Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
