Role Overview Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to facilitate their functional achievements Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions that focus on enhancing motor skills, cognitive capabilities, and daily living activities Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care to patients Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and caregivers in effective therapy techniques that promote ongoing success beyond clinical settings Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient development and refine treatment protocols as necessary to keep the rehabilitation journey on track Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution Continuous education or advanced certifications welcomed and encouraged Credentials Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)<
