Job Responsibilities Devise Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and design specialized therapy plans that empower them to attain their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported methods that improve motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities for your patients. Engage in Interprofessional Collaboration: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure patients receive thorough and integrated care.
