Job Description Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs to craft specialized therapy approaches, focusing on achieving their functional milestones Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methodologies to enhance motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills for your patients Engage in Collaborative Care: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and integrated therapeutic support Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families in therapy practices that will facilitate ongoing development at home Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatments as required, ensuring that patients consistently make strides forward Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and fully supported Certifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
