Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies that empower them to meet their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and caregivers about effective therapy practices to encourage continued progress beyond the clinic. Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor outcomes and refine intervention strategies, ensuring that each patient is progressing towards their goals. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Commitment to ongoing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported.
