Job Description Design Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to support continued improvement at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they remain on the path to recovery Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Ongoing education and additional certifications are encouraged and supported Certifications Current Occupational Therapist
