Your Responsibilities Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and create individualized therapy strategies that support their functional aspirations Implement Effective Therapy Techniques: Employ evidence-based approaches to enhance motor function, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care Guide Patients and Their Families: Offer education to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, encouraging continued progress at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, documenting results and modifying treatment plans to keep patients on track Required Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Commitment to continued education with opportunities for additional certifications encouraged Licensure and Certifica
