Job Description Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored rehabilitation strategies that support them in achieving their functional objectives Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals such as OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers about therapy strategies to encourage progress beyond the clinical setting Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Track clinical developments and refine treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university Commitment to continuing education and acquiring post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supporte
