Job Responsibilities Craft Individualized Therapy Plans: Thoroughly assess patients' needs to devise tailored treatment strategies that enable them to achieve their personal objectives Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-driven methodologies to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work jointly with OTs, PTs, STs, and other healthcare professionals to provide thorough and holistic patient care Guide Patients and Family Members: Share valuable insights and instruct patients and their families on therapeutic methods that can be practiced at home Evaluate and Record Progress: Systematically monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to keep patients on track Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution Encouragement for ongoing education and advanced certifications Licenses and Certifications Current A
