Job Description Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs to create individualized therapy approaches that help them meet their functional objectives Implement Therapeutic Methods: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate consistently with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy techniques to reinforce their ongoing progress at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the right path Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Encouragement for continuing education or post-graduate certifications Certifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational
