Job Responsibilities Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to facilitate improvements in patients' motor capabilities, cognitive function, and daily activities. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Professionals: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, comprehensive care for every patient. Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers effective therapy techniques to encourage progress in their home environment. Track and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the path to success. Education and Credentials Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university. Encouragement and support for ongoing education or additional certifications.
