Job Responsibilities Formulate Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy approaches that help them achieve their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers about therapeutic techniques to facilitate continued progress at home.
