Position Title: Occupational Therapist - Picayune, MS Reports To: Clinical Director Supervises: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) / Therapy Technician (as applicable) Schedule & Shifts: Flexible scheduling options available Therapists typically choose: Monday-Thursday: 4 × 9-hour days Friday: 4-hour day Position Overview The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients through individualized, functional plans of care designed to improve independence and quality of life. This role requires strong clinical reasoning, effective communication, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members while maintaining a supportive and engaging clinical environment. The OT will manage a hybrid caseload of pediatric and adult patients , tailoring treatment approaches to align with patient goals and best practices.
