Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Qualifications & Experience Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Previous experience in a school environment, with strong knowledge of educational and therapeutic frameworks Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in assessments, documentation, and progress reporting Excellent communication and organization skills Key Responsibilities Evaluate students to determine needs and design customized interventions Deliver therapy sessions tailored for school-aged children, focusing on fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive functioning Work with teachers and families to support generalization of skills within the classroom and at home Maintain thorough records of evaluations, treatment, and progress in accordance with school policies and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with school teams to monitor student growth and adjust interventions as needed Embrace the chance to foster growth and independence in your students within a supportive educational environment.
