Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. What We’re Looking For Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is highly valued Strong ability to assess, plan, and deliver interventions for a range of student needs Proficiency in managing caseload documentation and maintaining compliance with school policies Excellent communication and teamwork skills when working with staff, students, and families Adaptability to meet varying needs in a diverse, school-based environment As Part Of Your Contract Assignment, You Will Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with various needs Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward therapy goals Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education teams, and parents to align on strategies and support Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as an Occupational Therapy specialist Educate staff on effective classroom strategies to help ensure student accessibility and participation Support student skills such as fine motor development, sensory integration, and adaptive functioning Enjoy the benefits of working in a collaborative, student-centered setting while building your OT career with valuable school-based experience.
